خدمة استرجاع من المنزل

نسعد بتقديم خدمة تحصيل المرتجعات من باب منزلك لجميع الطلبات التي تنطبق عليها سياسة الإرجاع.
كل طلب يتم شحنه إليك يتضمن ملصق إرجاع مدفوع مسبقًا لتسهيل العملية.

الاستبدال

نوصي بتقديم طلب جديد لأي منتج ترغب في استبداله، وطلب استرداد قيمة المنتج المرتجع، لتفادي نفاد الكمية أثناء معالجة الاسترجاع.

شروط الإرجاع

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية تمامًا، غير مستخدم، وبكامل التغليف والملصقات والعلامات التجارية.

• تعد صناديق الأحذية أو أي عبوة مرفقة جزءًا من المنتج ويجب إرجاعها بحالة سليمة.

• لن نقبل المرتجعات التي لا تتضمن العبوة الأصلية أو التي تظهر عليها علامات تآكل أو استخدام.

منتجات غير مقبولة في الإرجاع

• المنتجات المتضررة نتيجة الاستخدام أو الغسيل غير السليم.

• المنتجات التي لامست العطور، الكريمات، أو المواد الكيميائية.

• الأحذية التي تم تجربتها على أسطح غير نظيفة أو غير ناعمة.

رسوم الإرجاع

سيتم خصم تكلفة شحن الإرجاع من مبلغ الاسترداد. وتختلف هذه التكلفة حسب وزن الشحنة وحجمها وموقع العميل.

ملاحظات هامة

• الطلبات الدولية: رسوم الشحن، الضرائب، أو تكلفة التغليف لا يمكن استردادها.

• تحتفظ Bubbles Kidswear بحق مراقبة وتقييم عدد المرتجعات أو الإلغاءات المتكررة.

• في حال تكرار الإرجاع أو إساءة استخدام سياسة الإرجاع، نحتفظ بحق تعليق أو إغلاق الحساب، أو رفض الطلبات المستقبلية.

Returns

At Bubbles Kidswear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with any item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order (subject to the conditions below) for a refund.
Please ensure your return reaches us within this timeframe.

Home Pickup for Returns

We’re happy to offer a home collection service for returns on orders that comply with our return policy.
Each shipped order includes a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Exchanges

To avoid missing out on popular items, we recommend placing a new order for any item you'd like to exchange and requesting a refund for the returned product.
Please note we cannot reserve items or guarantee availability until we receive the return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in brand new, unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

• Shoe boxes and product containers are considered part of the product and must also be returned undamaged.

• Returns that arrive without their branded packaging or show signs of use will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items damaged due to wear, improper washing, or alteration.

• Items that have been exposed to perfumes, lotions, sprays, or chemicals.

• Footwear tried on rough or dirty surfaces.

Return Shipping Fees

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This fee varies depending on the package weight, size, and location.

Important Notes

• For international orders, shipping fees, gift wrapping charges, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

• Bubbles Kidswear reserves the right to monitor return activity.

• Excessive returns, policy violations, or cancellations may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders, at our discretion.
