Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any item in your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery (subject to the terms below) for a refund (you can choose on the returns form). Please note that returns must be delivered to us within this time.

You can return your products within 14 days from the date of receiving your shipment. It must be in its original condition. Not washed or used In its original box Underwear, swimsuits, baby supplies and evening dresses cannot be exchanged or returned in order to preserve public health.
